Good answer that is pretty much what i answered. My girlfriend says she wouldn't kill anyone even if it meant she would be killed, but who can really say intill they are in that situation, let hope we never have to find out. more…

Ummm a tricky question i say!

I meant using the death penatly as punishment.....when it is not the actual victim killing them and just a judges descision.

In a "one to one" situation i would not try and kill anyone but if i had to for self defence..(if they were trying to kill me) then i would have to.

I agree, if someone has done wrong they should be punished/ Jailed, not killed. what use is punishment if the person has no way of learning from their mistakes.

Question: If someone is trying to kill you & will not stop intill they have, would you kill them or stick to your principle that no one has the right to terminate the life more…
